Soul Warming Fundraising, had its beginnings under the name Add It Up Fundraising, llc. It was created by Andrea J. Gallagher, with two intentions: 1) to offer a healthier alternative to schools, groups, individuals, sports teams, mission groups and more: 2) to find a new product niche in the fundraising arena so that her husband could transition out of the sales industry into a ministry/teaching career.
In Fall 2006 while driving down the street in Warren, Rhode Island, Andrea was talking with the Lord and asking what new Fundraiser she should do? And she heard the word “Soup” and as she drove, she passed the Blount Seafood Company!.. So the story begins of the “Soup Bag Fundraiser” and in the Fall of 2008 Soul Warming Soups was introduced as a “new” Healthier Fundraiser – 4lb Frozen Gourmet Soup Bags. The soups were currently being sold to Restaurants around the Country, but now they were made available as a “Fundraiser” under the Soul Warming Soups branding. These 4lb Soup Bags were introduced along with a Cookie Dough Fundraiser and hence the “Dinner & Dessert” Concept was born! The First School that did both together raised over $20,000 profit! In 2009 a 2lb Bag was introduced to the product offering, giving a more affordable option and “just right packaging” to meet the additional needs of the Consumer! (offering 4lb and 2lb gourmet soups: a quick, easy meal or for a special occasion)
Today, Matt and Andrea Gallagher are Co-Owners of Soul Warming Fundraising. And have a Team of Independent Sales Representatives and Independent Distributors in the North East and throughout the United States, offering Healthier Options and specialty products that warm the heart and soul, enabling Schools, Groups, Individuals, to achieve their Fundraising Dreams!
In Fall 2017, Soul Warming Fundraising will be expanding their “DONATE A BAG” Program as a stand-a- lone Fundraising Platform. This is a unique Fundraising Opportunity for Groups and Individuals to Give Twice: 1) Raise the Dollars they need and 2) support local Food Banks and Soup Kitchens with Soup Donations, while using advanced technology and social media platforms.
